Our Manufacturing Facilities is located Gujarat . Shakoflex is equipped with highly advanced machinery and has capacity of over 12000 MT and growing and have 2 manufacturing sites.

Steps We Follow For Production

Step 1

Receive Artwork File

The customer sent us the high – resolution artwork in AI or PDF.

Step 2

Pre-press Department

The pre-press department works on the artwork & makes it ready for print & color separates and hands over for cylinder engraving & U the cylinder proof is generated for customer approval.

Step 3

Production Management

Parallely, the job is entered into the production management system and the raw materials requisition is generated.

Step 4

Ready For Dispatch

The particular job is scheduled for printing/ lamination/ doctoring/ slitting/ pouching and made ready for trial quality check and is thereafter stretch wrapped/packed in corrugated boxes/palletized and made ready for dispatch.
