This bag was development to offer an exclusive and premium look which can be aesthetically differentiated on the shelf. A unique combination of aesthetics and material specification to take care of the product requirement with lacquered coated gold and high barrier films. The degassing valve helps in removing the gas generated by roasted coffee bean, thereby the pack does not burst. Being one-way valve this does not allow outside contamination to penetrate within the pouch. The tin tie is special composite wire with fold memory, thus one does not need to empty the pack after partial use & balance product can be stored into the same pack. Overall a good replacement to conventional paper based bags.

This is a 5 layer nylon based laminate, printed with high resolution graphics converted into leakproof / tamper evident standup pouch with spout for intermittent use and a handle to carry thereby replacing conventional rigid containers / jerry cans, reducing packaging and distribution costs. These bags are with high drop tear resistant.

100% Recyclable / Biodegradable Bags & Roll-Stock
In order to reduce the carbon foot print and the problems related to handling and landfilling of conventional plastics both the customers and Shakoflex have successfully engineered both 100% Recyclable and Anaerobic Bio-degradable flexible packaging laminates
As per the request of the customers and various applications Shakoflex has successfully designed these laminated films to give suitable MVTR and OTR yet making them environmentally safe packaging
Worked with various resins, polymers, additive, ink and adhesive manufacturers to achieve this goal of making 100% recyclable and biodegradable laminates for various applications.
Up to 3 and 4 layer laminated films including PET based laminated films made 100% biodegradable, all test certifications performed from external laboratories to confirm its authenticity.
In spite of pet based films being bio-degradable quality, Shakoflex has achieved not only correct quality but also the costing is very favourable and only about 15% more than the conventional packaging thus making it viable for implementation.
Since flexible packaging still remains the most effective and environmentally least impact products and with least weight still giving all the required barrier and shelf-life now these recyclable and bio-degradable films give further thrust to Shakoflex products.
Joint testing with 4 different large users of flexible packaging has further validated Shakoflex films for barrier, shelf-life, bio-degradability and durability.
