Shakoflex is a concept selling performed pouches since its inception in 1992. We have been pioneers in the making of standup pouches for liquids when new generation polymers like metallocene films etc were not available back in those days and making leakproof pouches, especially for liquid and aggressive products was a combination of technology and craftsmanship.
We have continued this legacy over the last 25 years to keep innovating in the preformed pouch space and currently have a state of the art bag making facility with an installed capacity of over 1 million pouches a day in various formats like standup, pillow, quad seal, centre seal and latest being our block bottom bags.
We also have automated lines for fitments like spouts, zipper degassing valves for coffee bean packaging, tin tie, rivet and thread attachments for rice, etc to name a few.
We are also in the process of converting our conventional stock standup business into an online business through our digital marketing efforts.
